Delivery
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Carriage is free on all orders supplied (within area A and B) where the value of the order, excluding VAT, is over £75 else carriage will be charged at the rate of £7.50 plus VAT. Other areas have higher charges.
If special delivery requirements involve overnight delivery services, other fast delivery or specialist services, then the cost will be charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Our delivery charges and terms relate to mainland U.K only, as determined by our courier company. The Company is able to ship to other areas however we will need to confirm pricing for this, prior to dispatch. Where a delivery address is outside UK mainland, as determined by our Courier Company, we will confirm any additional shipping charges prior to dispatch. If accepted, we will process the additional payment, and in the event the additional charges are not accepted then we reserve the right to refund the original payment and deem the order as cancelled.
DELIVERY TIME:
Any date or period for delivery stated by “The Company” is given as an estimate only and is not binding on “The Company”.
We aim to deliver all goods within 2-7 working days, however if for any reason we are unable to meet this time then we will inform you the customer, advising the reason for delay and arrange another date for delivery. In most instances, subject to stock availability is generally next day, between 9.00am and 5.00pm, however for larger commercial cleaning machines theses are delivered either direct to site from the manufacturer or to Vicol who will carry our pre-delivery inspection and testing and who will then ship to the clients nominated delivery address. Large Commercial Machines are subject to manufacturers stock availabilty at the time of ordering and therefore may take longer.
DAMAGE OR LOSS:
In the event of partial damage or loss, a claim on the carriers and “The Company” must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Non-delivery must be notified to “The Company” within 14 days of date of invoice.
