How to Order and How to Pay
We have a variety of ways for you to pay for your orders.
Commercial Customers - Pay by Invoice
We recognise that our Commercial Customers will prefer to pay by commercial methods such as BACS, Bank Transfer or Cheque on receipt of an Invoice and we would prefer this as well. So we have included a 'pay by invoice' option within our checkout system. If you choose this option our system will email you an invoice immediately together with an order confirmation. Once payment has been received your goods will be despatched.
Phone
You can order by contacting us directly by phone.
Once we have confirmed your requirements we will organise payment either by credit or debit card or by sending you an invoice for payment by cheque, BACS or bank transfer.
Email/Fax/Post
You can email your requirements to our office or send a fax to 01462 486216 or send details of your requirement by post to VICOL Supplies, James House, Unit 11 Woodside Industrial Park, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 1LA.
Once we have received your requirements we will organise payment either by credit or debit card or by sending you an invoice for payment by cheque, BACS or bank transfer.
Credit/Debit Card - Online
You can order online using the basket facility and pay for your goods by credit card or debit card. You do not have to set up an account to do this.
Organisations such as Schools, Carehomes, Health Centres and Commercial Businesses wishing to purchase.

As well as machines, servicing and repairs, Vicol Supplies also has a full a range of janitorial supplies suited to the cleaning needs of these organisations and institutions; from paper products to cleaning chemicals, from waste sacks to hygiene products and from grounds maintenance products to cleaning equipment. So if you are a school, or a carehome, or a health centre or a commercial business, anywhere in the UK, and you would like to purchase items displayed on our webshop then please see below how to order and pay in the event you do not have a credit card for the organisation or business.
How to Order
If you are a school wishing to purchase items shown on our web shop please fax on 01462 486216, post to Vicol Supplies, Unit 11, Woodside Industrial Park, Works Road, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 1LA or email an official School Purchase Order. Your order should detail your order reference, the items you wish to purchase, delivery address (if different to school address), and delivery date.
Vicol will open a new account for your school and the goods will be shipped per your order with an accompanying invoice. We request payment for the goods within 14 days from receipt of the goods. For any future supplies you simply need to phone, fax, post or email your order requirements, quoting your school reference
If you are a Carehome, Doctors Surgery, Health Centre or Commerical Business wishing to purchase items shown on our web shop then please fax on 01462 486216, post to Vicol Supplies, Unit 11, Woodside Industrial Park, Works Road, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 1LA or email your order to us. Your order should detail your order reference, the items you wish to purchase, delivery address and delivery date. We will then send you a proforma invoice. Once payment is received, either by cheque, by BACS, or by Bank Transfer, the goods are shipped with a receipt.
For any future supplies you simply need to phone, fax, post or email your order requirements quoting your account reference.
